Most of our items are MADE TO ORDER, with a turnaround time of 10-14 Business Days. However, please click on our READY TO SHIP category for items that will ship within 3 business days.

Most items in this shop are ready to ship listings. I ship from the NorthEast Coast and packages typically arrive within 2-7 days once shipped. You will receive a tracking notification.

*Please note: Due to recent USPS policy changes, once packages are mailed, they may incur longer than expected delays while in route. Please understand this is beyond our control. While we always mail packages within our stated processing time, there can be no guarantee on a deliver date. Tracking is always provided and we suggest you follow your package via USPS tracking website. Scans at each stop have not been updating regularly so please don't assume a package is lost until it's reached the limit based on USPS terms. We kindly ask that you are patient while your package is in route to you.
I offer 2 options that will best suit your needs. First Class Insurance and Priority Shipping. If ever the shipping charged is $1.50 or more over the actual cost, I do refund the overage.
USPS First Class Shipping typically runs 5-7 business days.
USPS Priority Shipping typicallys runs 2-5 business days.
These are just estimates, it could take less or more time to arrive once your package has been scanned into the USPS system.
Please be sure your mailing address in Paypal is correct when you check out! Paypal requires shipping to addresses listed and I can not makes changes to it once paid. I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses!
Additionally, there has been a disturbing increase in the amount of packages stolen once delivered. It saddens me that buyers file chargebacks and request refunds for items stolen. As a shop, we have done our part in having your paid items arrive to you & it should fall on us for theft afterwards. We are small shops and not big corporations that can afford to carry expensive insurance policies to cover such things. Please be sure your items are secure once delivered.
International: Sadly, due to many factors, we are not shipping outside of USA at this time. However, if there is an item you must have, please reach out via email at perfectpixiedesigns@gmail.com. We can discuss a custom listing and shipping charges. The cost and variations are just hard to predict at the current time.
